USP purified water is drawn and checked for conductivity and appearance before any fill begins.
Preservative & blend
Benzyl alcohol is added to 0.9% w/v and blended to a uniform, documented concentration.
0.22 µm terminal filtration
The batch passes through 0.22 µm terminal filtration into the fill line under cleanroom conditions.
Fill, seal & inspect
Vials are filled, sealed, and visually inspected for clarity and closure integrity.
Third-party analysis
A sample from every lot goes for third-party sterility, endotoxin, and appearance testing.
Release with COA
Only lots that pass are released — each with a published certificate of analysis tied to its lot code.
